What electrical safety precautions should be taken in the operating theatre?

10. Safety
Describe the precautions necessary for epidural placement and possible complications of the technique.

11. History taking
Take a history from a woman presenting for cataract surgery, with a complicated history.

12. History taking
Take a history from a pregnant lady who has had a difficult intubation secondary to ankylosing spondylitis.

13. Communication
Explain the condition malignant hyperthermia to an operating department practitioner.
