1. An 8-year-old boy presents with a deep, dirty cut to leg. He is frightened and in pain. He is accompanied by his head teacher, as his parents are out of town. The surgeons want to take him to theatre straight away. He has recently eaten.
- Discuss the issues involved.
2. Critical incident: aspiration after induction. Discuss your management.
3. Discuss grading haemorrhage in adults.
