You are shown a kidney-ureter-bladder film showing right ureteral blockage in a patient with tuberculosis and asked questions on drugs that are cytochrome P450 enzyme inducers.

7. History taking
Take a history from a patient presenting for hand surgery.

8. Communication skills
Gain consent from a patient for an epidural to be administered.

9. Physics
You are asked questions about cylinders, gas laws and SI units.

10. Examination/skills
You are asked to demonstrate treatment of a tension pneumothorax and chest drain insertion.

11. Anatomy
Describe the anatomy of the heart.

12. Equipment
You are asked to identify various filters and to answer questions about them.

13. Anaesthetic machine check
You are asked to perform a check of a circle breathing circuit.

14. Anatomy
You are asked questions about the laryngoscopy view and the anatomy of the larynx.

15. Scans
You are asked to interpret an ECG trace and questions about electrical amplification and filtration.

16. History taking
Take a history from a patient with previous awareness during emergency general anaesthesia for lower segment Caesarian section.
