1. A 25-year-old male presents with a compound fracture of the tibia and fibula after a game of rugby. As a child, he experienced breathing problems after being given ‘scoline’ for tonsillectomy. Discuss his anaesthetic management.
2. Critical incident: the patient suffers from hypoventilation/laryngospasm postoperatively. How would you manage this?
