Non-pharmacological causes and treatments of PONV

i] Perioperative fluid therapy

This leads to both decreased postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV)and earlier oral fluid intake.


[i] Intravenous fluid and postoperative nausea and vomiting after day-case termination of pregnancy.
