On our Site, you can register yourself to access practice examination questions and subscribe to receive different email newsletters. The types of personal information you provide to us on these pages may include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, User IDs and passwords and contact preferences.

We collect your personal data to help us understand your needs and interests and provide you with better services. Specifically, we use your information to communicate with you, to update you on services and benefits, and to better understand who uses our Site and the pages they access so as to be able to improve the Site.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely providing market research services to our clients, and the legitimate interests of our clients in obtaining market research data about their products or businesses in compliance with legal obligations to which they are subject. Where incentives are offered in return for taking part, the legal basis for our processing of your account data for the purposes of crediting you with those incentives will be performance of a contract.
