Access to and use by you of this Site constitutes acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions, which take effect from the date of first access to the Site. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions do not use this Site.
Before you are able to gain access to the entire Site you must register with us, please note however that only doctors may register. If you are practicing in the UK or Eire then we will need to validate you against the GMC database. Elsewhere we will carry out other validation checks and will need your place of work and training number.
We will provide you with a password, once you have registered. The password will allow you to access the Site, free of charge. We issue passwords only to bona fide health professionals and check all applications for authenticity and periodic spot checks are also made. Access to the Site is by password only and the Site is hosted on our own servers.
The information that you supply to us for the purpose of registration must be true and correct.
Each registration is for a single user only. AnaesthesiaUK does not permit you to share your user name or password with any other person nor with multiple users on the network. Responsibility for any passwords issued rest with you but we do provide a “Forgotten password?” link.
We have the right to bar you from using the Site by withdrawing your password at any time and without prior notification, if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
Your password, username and/or email address will not be given or sold to any third parties for use in direct mail or any other activities, other than to selected third parties providing specialist administrative services to AnaesthesiaUK, acting as agents on our behalf and with no rights to use your email address for any purpose whatsoever except on our behalf as allowed under these Terms and Conditions. While AnaesthesiaUK will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website is normally available 24 hours a day, AnaesthesiaUK shall not be liable if for any reason this Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
